Wow, I really haven't had much of a presence here in the last few months. I'm sorry I haven't been more active, but please know that your faves, comments, views, and general good thoughts in my direction have not been unnoticed.

I hit three milestones in the past month at almost the same time: My 1 year DeviantArt anniversary, 100 watchers and 3000 views. I'm really thrilled that my work was so well received in my first year here. I anticipate being much more fun to watch this summer, when I don't have homework breathing down my neck.

I have one take-home final due Wednesday and a statement about my final portfolio due Friday, after which I am a free woman for the summer. After my move on Monday I'll be able to draw after work without guilt I've been a bit jealous of those of you who are on the semester system and finished already, but I'll have my summer soon enough.

So my summer goals are, of course, more of the card set and the 100 Theme Challenge. I'm planning to enter more contests, including perhaps =Endling's OC Tournament [link] I can see Elysium or Adelaide as good fighters, and it would give me the motivation to make their character design sheets. *testdrive's contest [link] and =cypherx's Best Friends illustration contest [link] are also intriguing. I have lots of fun character designs lurking in the margins of my class notebooks, so hopefully some of them will make into a presentable form.
