This is my entry for the TerraSpace contest [link] and [link] It also fulfills 86. Seeing Red of the 100 Theme Challenge I'm working on [link]
My entry is stylistically very different from the other entries, but I'm happy with it. I scavenged textures from some of my other digital pieces, but all of the components are from my own work. This was a good stretch for me artistically, since my specialty is colored pencil figure work. Photoshop 7 and CS2. I worked on this for several weeks on and off, with a long break in the middle due to computer issues. I've enjoyed seeing the other entries. Good luck to everyone. |

I'll never forget the day Mum told us not to be seduced by the Dark Angel of Vengeance.
...or, perhaps, as a cover for a prog rock album...bit of a Roger Dean-esque vibe coming through, methinks...
Brilliant work, ma'am.

You're right, with the red overall it looks like one of the really old paperbacks
Mmm, album covers. Journey, Boston, and Yes have always had awesome covers… I wonder if it would be a good challenge to design a CD cover... Thanks for the idea!
